This will be a quick one. This Ibanez Artcore AS73 with a broken neck just about broke my heart when I came across it at the Rose Bowl flea market. I brought it home in hopes that I could save it, and was happy to find that the break was entirely in the neck joint. Actually, no wood was harmed, and I suspect this was in some way a faulty glue joint from the factory. I cleaned all the old glue out of the joint, and basically just reglued it. While I was at it, I put all new hardware (pups, pots, bridge, and tuners) on it, since most of it was missing, gave it a fret-dressing and a setup, and shipped it out to a lucky new owner.
